I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and New Year!!

Well it’s time to get back to healthy habits and healthy meals!

I am not much of a trend girl but this is the one piece of advice that I tell all my clients to do no matter what ails them, and that is,

  • Is a good dose of Vitamin C which is a powerful antioxidant and is not produced by our bodies so it has to come from our diet. Vitamin C is involved in collagen production, can help with a slow metabolism and fatigue as well as fight infections among so many other things!

  • Can help with the absorption of iron

  • Can help with purification and detoxification of the liver

  • Is an overall good rejuvenator

  • Also contains calcium, magnesium and phosphorus
