Hi there, I am Sarah!

Your Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and dog Mom to Lincoln, the official mascot. I work with people who are struggling with their health and wellness. I help improve a wide range of issues, anything from digestive upset, allergies, fatigue, depression and weight loss. I want to get to the root cause of the issue so my clients can feel well, energized and can create a healthy life and lasting change. I am passionate about helping educate my clients on how food affects our everyday life and how to use it to their benefit. I feel deeply that accepting ill-health is just not good enough. It is not good enough for me and its not good enough for you either! We all deserve to live a life full of energy, health and wellness. I am living proof that adjusting diet, lifestyle and exercise is the way to live a rich and fulfilling life, and it is possible for you to!
